Panel Remarks from forum on March 12, 2008, entitled, "Democracy Threatened: The Legitimacy of Elections in Africa."
The panel of experts discussed the impact of recent as well as upcoming elections on the future of democracy in Africa. The dialogue was held during a busy election period on the continent and provided insight into existing political challenges and democratic progress.
